The role
The Security Intelligence Operations Manager supports Nebius's Global Physical Security function by delivering intelligence that enables informed security decisions across the company's people, facilities, operations, and critical assets.
The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, integrating, and assessing intelligence related to physical security risks affecting data centers, offices, warehouses, logistics operations, supply chain, corporate events, executive travel, and contractor activities.
Working closely with internal security teams and external intelligence providers, the position helps maintain an accurate operational intelligence picture and supports proactive risk management across Nebius's global security operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conduct intelligence collection, monitoring, and analysis to support physical security operations worldwide.
• Produce intelligence assessments for data centers, offices, warehouses, logistics routes, and other critical facilities.
• Support security planning for corporate events, executive visits, and employee travel through dedicated intelligence products.
• Perform intelligence support for contractor screening, high-risk vendor assessments, due diligence activities, and security-related background checks in coordination with authorized providers.
• Monitor emerging physical security threats including crime, civil unrest, activism, terrorism, geopolitical developments, and other threats that may affect Nebius personnel or assets.
• Integrate information from multiple internal and external intelligence sources into actionable security assessments and recommendations.
• Coordinate intelligence requirements with external intelligence providers and specialized vendors.
• Support incident response activities by providing timely intelligence and situational awareness.
• Produce security intelligence reports, operational briefings, threat assessments, and early warning products for Global Physical Security leadership.
• Maintain accurate intelligence records, source documentation, and operational reporting standards.
We expect you to have:
• Demonstrated experience in intelligence analysis or operational security.
• Strong OSINT research and intelligence collection capabilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to transform information into actionable security intelligence.
• Experience producing professional written intelligence products.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with external intelligence providers, investigative firms, or commercial intelligence vendors.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
• Experience in intelligence, physical security, investigations, protective intelligence, military intelligence, law enforcement, or related operational security environments.
• Experience conducting intelligence collection, structured research, and analytical assessments using multiple information sources.
• Experience producing intelligence reports or operational security assessments for decision-makers.
• Understanding of physical security operations, threat assessment, and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple intelligence tasks simultaneously in a dynamic operational environment.
• Experience supporting physical security programs for multinational organizations.
• Background in corporate security, military, intelligence services, law enforcement, investigations, or protective intelligence.
• Experience supporting data centers, critical infrastructure, logistics, or supply chain security.
• Familiarity with executive protection, travel security, event security, or protective intelligence.
