These researchers develop models that combine text, vision, audio, and other modalities.
Responsibilities
• Develop multimodal architectures: Design and implement models that integrate multiple data types (e.g., images, speech, text).
• Collect and curate multimodal datasets: Work with data teams to gather diverse and ethically sourced datasets.
• Evaluate cross-modal performance: Design tests to measure the performance of models across different modalities and tasks.
• Collaborate with domain experts: Work with linguists, graphic designers, and domain specialists to ensure models are aligned with human perception.
Qualifications
• Advanced degree in machine learning, computer vision, or related field.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and multimodal architectures.
