Ad Operations Manager – CTV

We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to lead our CTV (Connected TV) operations. This is an end-to-end role requiring a hands-on professional to manage ongoing activities with direct SSPs, handle campaign optimization, and troubleshoot technical issues.

The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for the execution, monitoring, and performance improvement of advanced advertising solutions within the CTV ecosystem, working closely with R&D, Business Development, and global publishers.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ad Ops Management: Oversee day-to-day CTV advertising operations and campaign lifecycles.

SSP Partnership Management: Work directly with major SSPs (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Magnite, PubMatic, FreeWheel).

Campaign Optimization: Set up and optimize Programmatic and Direct Deals, managing Line Items, Demand Sources, Ad Pods, Floor Prices, and Deal IDs.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze key metrics including Fill Rate, eCPM, Latency, Errors, and Ad Requests to ensure peak performance.

Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve discrepancies and technical delivery issues.

Technical Implementation: Work with VAST, VPAID, and OpenRTB protocols; manage Ads.txt and implement SDKs/Tags within CTV applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, R&D, and Business Development teams to streamline workflows.

Reporting & Quality Control: Generate performance reports for management and ensure compliance with ad policies and traffic quality standards.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic, or CTV roles.

SSP Expertise: Proven experience working directly with SSPs (Mandatory).

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the CTV / OTT landscape.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of VAST, OpenRTB, and SSAI protocols.

Analytical Skills: High analytical capabilities with a sharp eye for detail.

Language: Very high-level English (written and verbal).

Independence: Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)

Experience with Direct / PMP deals.

Familiarity with CTV platforms (Roku, Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung/LG).

Experience building and scaling CTV operations from the ground up.

Experience working with global publishers or advertisers.
