Overview (English)

An exciting opportunity is now open in the SodaStream International Ltd., part of PepciCo.

We are looking for a Tax Senior Accountant (2–4 years of experience) for a temporary maternity‑leave replacement position, tax team, offering strong learning and development opportunities within a global, dynamic organization.

This is a hands‑on role with broad exposure to international tax matters, transfer pricing, tax accounting, and ongoing interaction with PepsiCo’s global tax team.

The position reports to the Tax Manager.

Location: Kfar Saba

Temporary Position – Maternity Leave Replacement

Responsibilities (English)

• Support global tax processes, including tax planning, structuring, intercompany arrangements, transactions (M&A), tax incentives, and tax audits

• Assist in the examination and implementation of the SodaStream Group transfer pricing policy, including OECD / BEPS initiatives

• Perform transfer pricing calculations, year‑end adjustments, mark‑ups, and analytical support

• Support the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual tax‑related reports to PepsiCo

• Provide ongoing tax advisory support to SodaStream markets worldwide

• Assist with intercompany agreements, recharge and chargeback mechanisms

• Support day‑to‑day global direct and indirect tax matters

• Coordinate with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders globally

• Monitor changes in local and international tax legislation and assess their potential impact

• Support compliance with SodaStream and PepsiCo tax policies and global best practices

• Tax accounting support – hands‑on involvement in group‑level tax provision processes

• Extensive use of Excel and financial data for tax analysis and reporting

Qualifications (English)

• Advocate and/or CPA, with experience from a Big 4 tax department, law firm, or large multinational company

• 2–4 years of relevant practical experience in Israeli and international tax

• Experience working with multinational companies – advantage

• Exposure to transfer pricing and tax accounting concepts – advantage

• Knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting – advantage

• Strong Excel and MS Office skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict global reporting deadlines

• Proactive, responsible, and service‑oriented approach

• Strong willingness to learn, develop, and grow professionally

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
