The Role
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of new business development in the Israeli market. This is a hunter role — you will be the firm's primary growth engine locally, building a pipeline of corporate clients and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and winning new corporate clients across Israel, with a focus on organisations with recurring or complex international needs
Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first meetings through to proposal, negotiation, and handover to the delivery team
Building and maintaining a structured target list of high-potential client organisations
Developing and executing a local business development strategy aligned with the firm-wide goal
Cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders within the client organisation
Keeping a close eye on market dynamics, talent trends, and competitor activity to sharpen your commercial approach
Spending approximately half your time on the road, meeting clients face-to-face across the Tel Aviv area and broader Israel
