We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Controller to join our growing finance team in Tel Aviv. This role reports directly to the Controller and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and brings a strong hands-on approach to every task. Wake up for this: • Take part in the day-to-day finance operations of the company. • Play a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. • Manage and support US payroll processes and employee-related finance operations. • Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers. • Analyze financial results and provide insights to management on a monthly basis. • Support deal-related financial processes, including customer agreements, billing flows, and revenue-related operations. • Build and improve financial processes that can scale with the company’s growth. • Prepare reports, reconciliations, and ad-hoc analyses as needed. • Ensure compliance with local and international reporting requirements. • Be willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard in a demanding, high-performance environment. • Take ownership of tasks end-to-end with strong attention to detail and accountability.
Requirements: • CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm – preferably with hi-tech experience. • Interest in leveraging AI tools and new technologies to improve financial processes, automation, and operational efficiency. • Hands-on mentality with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Team player with excellent communication skills. • Experience with ERP systems and finance automation tools – an advantage. • Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile. • High level of English – written and spoken.
