אנו מחפשים מנהל אחזקה לתחנת הכח בשורק הממוקמת בראשון לציון ליד איקאה. התחנה מונה כ 20 עובדים וישנם 3 עובדי אחזקה ומנהל.
העבודה הינה משרת יום 8-17:00 אולם התחנה עובדת 24/7 ולכן במקרי תקלה המנהל נדרש להיות זמין ולהגיע לתחנה בכל שעות היממה לרבות סופי שבוע וחגים.
תיאור התפקיד:
• ניהול אחזקה שוטף של התחנה, כולל תכנון ויישום תוכניות אחזקה בכל שלושת התחומים: מכאני, חשמל, מכשור ובקרה.
• הובלת צוות האחזקה והדרכתו, תוך שמירה על רמות ביצוע גבוהות.
• ניהול קשר ישיר עם הלקוח, ספקים ורשויות, והבטחת שביעות רצון הלקוחות.
• אחריות להכנה והובלת המשימות לעצירה שנתית של התחנה (שיפוצים לטורבינה והציוד התומך)
• פיקוח על עבודות שטח, כולל ניהול שינויים ותקלות במהלך השבתות.
• אחריות על קבלנים לרבות הגעה ומתן הוראות למשימות
• ליווי שידרוגי מערכות ופרויקטים חדשים פנימיים.
• שמירה על סטנדרטים גבוהים של בטיחות בעבודה.
• ניהול מלאי חלפים וציוד, כולל תכנון רכש.
• הכנת דוחות שבועיים על סטטוס האחזקה והביצועים.
דרישות התפקיד:
• הנדסאי/ת מהנדס/ת מכונות – חובה!
• ניסיון בן 6 שנים לפחות בתחום האחזקה בתחנות כוח או מפעל תהליכי.
• ניסיון קודם בניהול אנשים. ניהול צוות אחזקה – יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולת ארגון גבוהה וניהול מספר משימות במקביל.
• שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוהה – קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור.
• אוריינטציה עסקית וכישורי משא ומתן.
• שליטה מלאה ב- MS Office בדגש על אקסל.
• קריאת שרטוטים P&ID, שרטוטים טכניים.
• נכונות לנסיעות עבודה לחו"ל (לעיתים רחוקות)
• התפקיד כולל שילוב עבודה במשרד ונוכחות בשטח
• משרה מלאה, עם נכונות לשעות נוספות בהתאם לצורך כמו כן יתכנו הקפצות בסופי שבוע וחגים
