We're looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team and take a leading role in the design and development of next-generation airborne systems. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into robust hardware, working across disciplines, and seeing their designs evolve from concept to flight.

What You'll Do:
• Design and develop digital and analog electronic boards for advanced UAV systems
• Develop hardware solutions based on ARM processors and microcontrollers
• Design power management circuits, including buck/boost power supplies
• Implement and integrate communication interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, SPI, and CANbus
• Support the full hardware development lifecycle, from architecture and schematic design through bring-up, testing, validation, and production transfer
• Work closely with software, mechanical, systems, integration, and NPI teams to deliver complete solutions
• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and design improvements throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical decision-making across projects
What we're looking for:
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in digital and analog board design
• Experience with Altium Designer and PCB layout/editing
• Strong understanding of hardware development processes and design best practices
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• High level of English (written and verbal)
Additional advantages:
• Experience with high-speed digital design
• FPGA development or integration experience
• Experience designing products for aerospace, defense, robotics, or other mission-critical applications
• Familiarity with EMC/EMI considerations and hardware qualification processes
• Experience supporting products from development through production
