Experienced Pharmacist – Deputy Pharmacy Manager

An experienced pharmacist with strong leadership, operational, and professional capabilities, supporting the day-to-day management of pharmacy operations, including inventory and procurement.

The role involves overseeing pharmacy workflows, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and healthcare professionals, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Ministry of Health guidelines. In addition, the position is responsible for the procurement and inventory management of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, budget planning and control, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, ensuring product availability, addressing drug shortages, and managing logistics and supply chain processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a valid Israeli pharmacist license – mandatory.

• Significant professional experience as a licensed pharmacist.

• Previous management experience, formal leadership training, or team leadership experience – a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with pharmacy, logistics, and financial information systems, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge of procurement processes, budget management, and inventory control.

• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and Israeli Ministry of Health requirements.

• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• High level of personal accountability, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead processes and drive continuous improvement.
