What you’ll do
• Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored HCM solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and process discussions with prospects and customers.
• Design process flows, solution architectures, and product demonstrations based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
• Advocate Oracle’s AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Create and deliver presentations and proof-of-concepts that showcase Oracle’s solutions.
• Support the sales cycle with RFI/RFP responses and commercial guidance.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
What you’ll bring
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• At least 5 years of experience with HCM processes and technologies, as an HRIS professional, solutions engineer , HR transformation or implementation consultant .
• Hands-on knowledge of leading HCM solutions such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to engage with CHROs, HR leaders, HRBPs, HRIS teams, and senior stakeholders, and help shape and optimize HR processes including Core, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Attendance, and more.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and committed to high quality.
