Our process engineering team is responsible for leading and optimizing key manufacturing processes and technological solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for process stability control and sustaining production line
· Leading problem-solving teams, troubleshooting and yield improvement projects
· Conducting root cause analysis of technological failures
· Planning future technologies strategies and searching for future technologies implementation
· Qualifying and validating new materials and equipment
· Writing, updating and maintaining technological procedures and documentation
· Management and employees' technological training
· Attending quality and technological forums and providing solutions and support to the company's customers
Required Qualifications:
· BSc in Chemical / Materials Engineering or other relevant engineering science discipline
· Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
· Experience in transferring products from development to full-scale manufacturing
· High level English
Significant Advantage:
