• הובלת צוותי תכנון רב־מקצועיים וניהול ישיבות תיאום
• בקרת לו״ז ותקציב לאורך כל חיי הפרויקט
• קידום תכנון ורישוי עד להוצאת היתרים
• העברת הפרויקט לצוותי הביצוע בצורה מאורגנת, מדויקת ומוכנה לשטח

• אפשרות לניסיון מחברת ניהול פרויקטים
• ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים גדולים באופן עצמאי
• היכרות מעמיקה עם חוקי ותהליכי תכנון ובנייה, כולל רישוי והיתרים
• יכולת ניהול והובלת צוותים רב־מקצועיים
