ארכימדס היא חברת מימון נדל״ן למגורים בצמיחה, שעובדת בליבת העשייה של הענף ומשלבת עומק מקצועי עם אחריות רוחבית. התפקיד מתאים לכלכלן/ית או אנליסט/ית שהגיע/ה לשלב שבו רוצים יותר - נגיעה אמיתית בעסקאות גדולות לצד השפעה על תהליכים בחברה.
תחומי אחריות:
• ליווי וניתוח עסקאות נדל״ן גדולות ומורכבות.
• עבודה מול החברות המובילות בענף, שמאים ומפקחים.
• ניהול מו״מ בעסקאות סינדיקציה מול חברות ביטוח וגופים מוסדיים.
• ייזום עסקי: איתור פרויקטים ולקוחות פוטנציאליים.
• תמיכה בהפקת הסכמים משפטיים יחד עם התחום המשפטי.
• תמיכה במנהל המחלקה בניהול רוחבי של תהליכים וניהול מטריציוני.
דרישות:
• ניסיון בליווי פרויקטי נדל״ן – חובה. (יוצאי בנקים/חברות ביטוח - יתרון!)
• ניסיון בגופים פיננסיים/מימון נדל״ן/משרדי שמאות/רואי חשבון.
• יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות ודיוק.
• יכולות בין אישיות מצוינות ועבודה מול מספר ממשקים.
