    Job description:

    We are looking for a skilled and motivated VLSI Validation & Characterization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating silicon devices, executing characterization activities, analyzing test results, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure product quality and performance.

    This is a full-time position in Haifa

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, develop, and execute validation and characterization test plans.

    • Perform silicon validation and characterization activities in a laboratory environment.

    • Analyze test data and provide clear, actionable insights.

    • Identify, document, and report defects and anomalies.

    • Collaborate closely with design, validation, and product engineers to investigate and resolve test failures.

    • Build and maintain laboratory test setups for validation purposes.

    • Document test procedures, results, and findings.

    Profile description:

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in silicon validation, test execution, and characterization.

    • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and other test and measurement instruments.
