  • Web/Cloud security, SSO/OIDC/OAuth2
  • Experience with Jira and Agile work management (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Very good technical English (speaking/writing)

אנחנו מחפשים ראש צוות Fullstack מנוסה, טכנולוגי ובעל יכולת הובלה, שיצטרף לצוות הפיתוח שלנו ויוביל פיתוח של מערכות מבוססות ענן בארכיטקטורת Microservices ובממשקי UI מתקדמים.

• הובלת צוות: חניכה מקצועית, תכנון ספרינטים, ניהול לו״ז ואיכות מסירה, יצירת תרבות של Ownership ושיתוף ידע.

• ארכיטקטורה ו‑Design: תכנון שירותים וממשקי API (REST/GraphQL), בחירת טכנולוגיות, התייעלות והפחתת חובות טכניים.

• Hands‑on Full‑Stack: פיתוח Backend (Python/Java/Node.js) לצד Frontend מודרני (React/Vue + TypeScript), כולל בדיקות אוטומטיות.

• DevOps & Cloud: עבודה רציפה ב‑CI/CD, קונטיינרים (Docker), Microservices, וניצול שירותי ענן (AWS).

• איכות, תצפיתיות ואבטחה: בדיקות UnitTests/Integration/E2E, ניטור ובקרה, עמידה ב‑SLIs/SLOs, Hardening בסיסי.

• שותפות עסקית: עבודה הדוקה עם הנדסת מערכת להמרת יעדים עסקיים לתוכניות ביצוע מדידות.

• גיוס והתרחבות: מעורבות באיתור וגיוס טאלנטים, Onboarding וחניכה.

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

• B.Sc. במדעי המחשב / הנדסת מחשבים / הנדסת חשמל / מערכות מידע, או בוגר/ת יחידה טכנולוגית.

• 5+ שנות ניסיון בפיתוח מערכות Web בקנה מידה, בסביבות Docker, Microservices, Containers.

• ניסיון חזק ב‑Backend: אחת או יותר – Python / Java / Node.js.

• ניסיון מוכח ב‑Frontend מודרני: React / Angular / Vue עם TypeScript, כולל HTML5/CSS3 ו‑SPA.

• עבודה עם CI/CD, Git, בדיקות אוטומטיות (Unit/Integration/E2E) ו‑Code Review.

• ניסיון עם SQL ו‑NoSQL (למשל PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Elastic/DynamoDB).

• הכרות עם Message Queues / Pub‑Sub (Kafka/Redis/RabbitMQ).

• ניסיון בהובלת צוות פיתוח (לפחות שנה) או הובלה טכנית משמעותית—חובה.
