מנוסה ומקצועי/ת להשתלבות והובלת תהליכים במחלקת הציפויים האופטיים שלנו.

תיאור התפקיד ותחומי אחריות:
התפקיד כולל אחריות הנדסית רחבה על המערכות הקריטיות במחלקת הציפויים, תוך שילוב בין עבודת תכנון לבין עבודה מעשית (Hands-on) בסביבת ייצור מתקדמת:
• פיתוח ושיפור תהליכים: אופטימיזציה של תהליכי ציפוי קיימים ופיתוח שיטות עבודה חדשות להשגת יעילות, דיוק ואיכות מרביים.
• תחזוקה ותפעול מערכות ואקום: אחריות על תחזוקה שוטפת, כיול ופתרון תקלות מורכבות במכונות ציפוי ואקום וציוד מכני נלווה.
• תכנון הנדסי (CAD): תכנון ופיתוח ג'יגים (Jigs), מתקנים (Fixtures) וכלים ייעודיים לעבודה בתוך תאי ואקום ובסביבת הציפוי.
• ליווי מקצועי: מתן תמיכה הנדסית צמודה ופתרון בעיות בזמן אמת עבור צוות הייצור במחלקה.
דרישות התפקיד:
• תואר .B.Sc בהנדסת מכונות – חובה.
• ניסיון טכני (Hands-on) מוכח – יכולת גבוהה לפתרון תקלות מכניות מורכבות "בשטח".
• שליטה מלאה ב-SolidWorks או כלי CAD דומים לתכנון מתקנים.
• ניסיון קודם בסביבת ואקום / ציפויים אופטיים – יתרון משמעותי ביותר.
• ניסיון בתעשיית האופטיקה המדויקת או בתעשייה תהליכית מתקדמת – יתרון.
• יכולת עבודה בצוות, יחסי אנוש מצוינים ורצון ללמוד ולהתפתח בתחום ייחודי.
