As our department expands, we are looking for an organized, articulate, and driven Resource Development & Grant Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our fundraising team. 📋 Key Responsibilities • Grant Writing & Submission: End-to-end management of grant proposals, reports, and ongoing communication with foundations in Israel and abroad.

• Database & Pipeline Management: Maintaining the donor CRM/database, categorizing donor segments, and rigorously tracking upcoming deadlines.

• Data & Documentation Gathering: Collecting program data from team leads and preparing all necessary supplementary documentation (budgets, official certificates, financial reports).

• Prospect Research: Assisting in identifying, mapping, and developing new potential funding opportunities and foundations. 💼 Job Requirements • Proven Experience: Practical experience in grant writing and managing the actual submission processes – Mandatory.

• Language Skills: Native-level English (exceptional writing and editing skills) – Mandatory.

• Organizational Excellence: Outstanding time management, strong attention to detail, a proactive "can-do" approach, and the ability to work independently.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal departments.
