Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join us and lead our legal operations. In this role, you will be a key partner to business and product teams, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across a wide range of matters. You don't just identify risks, you find pragmatic solutions that help the company move fast and close deals.
What You'll Do
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Provide day-to-day legal support on product-related matters, feature rollouts, and general operational needs.
• Build and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes to scale our legal function.
• Support compliance and privacy-related initiatives, including implementation of data protection frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify legal risks and provide pragmatic solutions.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
• LL.B and licensed to practice law in Israel.
• 4–6 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a technology company
• English - Native-level.
• Strong experience handling commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and technology-related contracts.
• Experience advising on data privacy matters, including GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
• Business-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
