Our tech supports military teams with a safe, easy-to-use operating system, creating impact every day in the field.

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help shape the user experience across our products. You'll work on complex, mission-critical systems used by drone operators and commanders in the field, collaborating closely with Product and R&D to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Own the UI/UX across our web platform, mobile applications and command & control systems

• Work closely with Product and R&D to turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences

• Design new features from concept to implementation with a strong focus on usability and attention to detail

• Maintain and evolve our design system using Figma and AI-powered design tools

• Help shape the user experience of new products as the company continues to grow

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience in a product company

• Experience designing complex digital products or B2B systems

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and UX thinking

• Proficiency in Figma

• Experience working with AI-powered design tools

• Excellent attention to detail and a user-centered design approach
