• Monitor the network and identify faults in real time
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely
• Lead operational incidents in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and external vendors
• Document incidents, generate reports, and work in a 24/7 shift-based technological environment
Requirements:

• Familiarity with communication networks and cellular networks – advantage
