Position Overview-

• Sensing & Signal Processing Algorithm Engineer joining a core R&D group to design, simulate, and deploy next-generation wave-based detection and tracking algorithms.

• Developing complex mathematical models for signal processing, including target detection, parameter estimation, spatial localization, filtering, and multi-object tracking.

• Implementing algorithmic pipelines within high-fidelity simulation environments (MATLAB / Python) and supporting their translation into real-time operational software.

• Analyzing field and laboratory sensor telemetry to validate algorithmic behavior against rigid system-level requirements.

• Collaborating closely with System Architects, Embedded Software Teams, and Hardware Engineers to optimize subsystem interfaces and conduct performance trade-off analyses.

• Participating in laboratory bring-up and physical field testing loops to continuously iterate and refine system accuracy.

• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Algorithm Engineering, Signal Processing, Wave-Based Sensing (FMCW, Radar Principles), Target Tracking & Detection, Spatial Localization, Simulation (MATLAB, Python), Real-Time Embedded Systems, Field Testing.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory (M.Sc. or Ph.D. – Strong Advantage)

• 3+ years of robust professional experience developing sensing algorithms or working within advanced digital signal processing (DSP) environments – Mandatory

• Production-grade scripting and modeling mastery in MATLAB and/or Python – Mandatory

• Solid, practical understanding of wave-based sensing methodologies and signal characteristics (specifically FMCW techniques) – Mandatory

• Prior hands-on experience or deep technical familiarity with real-time software development environments or embedded constraints – Mandatory

• Exceptional analytical capabilities with a proven track record of converting abstract physical problems into clean, testable code – Mandatory

• Excellent team player with strong cross-functional communication skills to bridge the gap between hardware constraints and software logic – Mandatory
