Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trademark Paralegal role based in Rehovot. The Trademark Paralegal will assist attorneys with all aspects of trademark portfolio management, including preparing and filing applications, office action responses, renewals, and recordals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating IP docketing systems, tracking deadlines, conducting trademark availability searches, and supporting due diligence reviews for transactions and brand clearance. The role also involves coordinating with clients and foreign associates, organizing evidence for enforcement and anti-counterfeiting matters, and providing support in related copyright and design filings as needed. The Trademark Paralegal will collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant handling of IP matters.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in trademarks and trademark portfolio management.
• Ability to conduct thorough due diligence related to brands, IP assets, and related legal risks.
• Familiarity with patent law and basic concepts of broader intellectual property practice.
• Experience with IP docketing systems and deadline management for filings and renewals.
• Understanding of copyright law and its interaction with trademarks and designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience in IP or commercial law is preferred.
• Relevant academic background (paralegal certification, law degree, or related field) is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain professional client service standards.
