We are hiring a Senior Java Developer for a leading financial organization located in the Shfela region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex core systems as part of a Development team

• Develop Microservices and REST APIs

• Develop applications using Spring Boot

• Work with relational and non-relational databases

• Integrate AI tools into the development process, work in an advanced Cloud environment, and enjoy one work-from-home day per week

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Java development – mandatory

• Experience developing Microservices, REST APIs, and Spring Boot

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL

• Experience working with AI tools, with an emphasis on Claude Code

• Experience developing in a Cloud environment. Experience with Kafka, React, or EJB and a relevant academic degree – advantage
