About the Role

The Agent for our manufacturing plant in Kiryat Gat, responsible for procuring components, electronic circuits, and production equipment includes:

• Daily work in the Priority system, entering purchase orders, ongoing tracking of inventory and open orders,

• Running and analyzing MRP, maintaining regular contact with suppliers including obtaining quotes and samples, sourcing new suppliers

• Coordinating delivery schedules.

• Close collaboration with internal teams including production, production planning and control, and R&D,

• External interfaces with suppliers, shipping companies and customs authorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a purchasing agent - Must

• English, reading and writing

• Experience working with overseas suppliers

• Experience with ERP systems, familiarity with Priority

• Personal accountability and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills

• Relevant academic degree
