We're looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Office Manager to help build an outstanding employee experience while keeping our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats.
You'll own the day to day HR operations, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure employee records and processes are well managed, and handle office administration to create a productive and enjoyable workplace.
Responsibilities Human Resources
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Prepare employment documents, contracts, and HR paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Support performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and company celebrations.
• Assist managers with HR policies, employee relations, and day to day HR questions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
• Track employee attendance, vacations, and leave requests.
• Help improve HR processes and documentation.
Office Management
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
• Coordinate meetings, company lunches, and office events.
• Handle facility related issues and work with building management.
• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when needed.
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR
