Graphic Designer

Paragon is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing cybersecurity startup with a groundbreaking product! If you are a sharp-minded autodidact, cyber-savvy, and not afraid of facing challenges that require you to dig deep and explore, Paragon is looking for you! The cyber world is constantly changing, and we need a Graphic Designer who is highly creative and can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and electronic media. The Graphic Designer is expected to collaborate with multiple teams at our company, from sales to human resources to product marketing. They should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

Requirements: • 2+ years experience (academic and/or professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • High level of English proficiency (spoken) • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using AI to support research, ideation, and production workflows, while maintaining original creative thinking and a strong personal point • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar discipline - Advantage
