About the Role

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to keep our development team driven, focused, and shipping on time — and to build alongside them using AI. You'll own planning, coordination, and delivery for a small, high-output team of 4 developers, working closely with our CTO (who leads technical direction) and directly with company leadership to ship features using Claude Code.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who loves turning plans into shipped product, is excited to build with AI, and wants their work to mean something beyond the bottom line.

What you'll do

Drive delivery

• Own project planning and the end-to-end JIRA workflow — backlog, sprints, prioritization, and reporting

• Keep the team on track and on time; coordinate day-to-day work and remove blockers

• Partner with the CTO, who owns technical direction and the team's engineering standards

Run the operation

• Manage the team billing process and related reporting

• Own version control and release management — merging and managing code across dev, staging, and production environments

• Support staffing — sourcing and coordinating candidates, in partnership with the CTO

Build with AI

• Work directly with company leadership to deliver projects and features using Claude Code and other AI development tools

• Translate direction into shipped, working code — hands-on, with AI as your force multiplier

• Help establish AI-assisted development practices across the team

What we're looking for

• 4–6 years of experience managing software delivery — technical project manager, delivery manager, or similar

• Strong command of project planning and JIRA-based workflows

• Hands-on technical background working in our stack: C# / .NET (ASP.NET MVC & Web API), Entity Framework, SQL Server, with JavaScript/jQuery

• Solid Git and release-management experience across multiple environments (dev/staging/production)

• Experience with (or real enthusiasm for) AI-assisted development — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar

• Experience with billing/operational processes and coordinating hiring — an advantage

• Excellent communication; thrives working closely and iteratively with leadership and a CTO

• A genuine connection to our mission — you want your work to benefit non-profits and the causes they serve

• Based in Israel with immediate availability. English required, Hebrew a plus.
