חברת נגה אחראית על ניהול הסחר בחשמל במדינת ישראל. פעילות הסחר עוסקת, בין היתר, ברכישת ומכירת חשמל בין יצרנים למספקים במשק, רכישת שירותים נלווים וביצוע התחשבנות בנושאי ניהול ביקושים וכו'. פעילות כספית בהיקפים של עשרות מיליארדי ₪ נתמכת במערכות מחשוב שונות שהעובד צריך להכיר לעומק ולדאוג לתפעול, עדכון שוטף, בקרות. התפקיד כולל:
· הכנת חשבונות ליצרני חשמל פרטיים גדולים במשק ולמספקים
· בדיקת ובקרת חשבונות של עובדים אחרים בצוות
· למוד של כללי ההסדרות שמפרסם הרגולטור – רשות החשמל, אפיון שינויי הרגולציה ויישומם במערכות מחשוב קיימות
· פעילות מקצועית מול יועץ חיצוני לפתוח ותמיכה במערכת הבילינג
· אפיון ויישום דוחות חודשיים, רבעוניים ושנתיים בתוך החברה ומחוצה לה.
דרישות
· תואר ראשון בכלכלה/מנהל עסקים/תעשייה וניהול, ממוסד אקדמי מוכר
· ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בהפעלה/אפיון של מערכות מסחריות/פיננסיות
· ידע וניסיון בתוכנות אופיס, יתרון לבעלי שליטה ברמה גבוהה מאוד בתוכנת אקסל
· יתרון לבעלי היכרות מעשית עם משק החשמל בישראל
· יתרון לבעלי ניסיון בתהליכים מסחריים של מסחר אלקטרוני, מערכות התחשבנות וכדומה
· יכולת אנליטית גבוהה לניתוח מגמות שנויים בחשבונות
· שליטה בעברית ברמת שפת אם. שליטה באנגלית ברמה טובה.
