Netafim is hiring an HR Business Partner to support Global Corporate Functions.
Role Purpose
In this role, you will partner with managers and leaders to connect business strategy and evolving organizational needs with the people's agenda. You will support the units from a strategic HR perspective, including shaping and accompanying organizational change processes, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and enabling sustainable organizational development.
The role focuses on creating meaningful employee experience, strengthening engagement and a sense of belonging, and fostering a supportive and enabling organizational environment that encourages long-term growth, development, and retention.
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key professional point of contact and a central partner for people's processes, working collaboratively with global and local HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as an HR Business Partner to global corporate functions in a global, matrix organization.
• Support and accompany business units from a strategic HR perspective, including organizational design and change processes.
• Partner closely with managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness and people-management capabilities.
• Lead and facilitate team-building processes to enhance collaboration, trust, and team effectiveness.
• End-to-end accountability for HR processes within the supported population.
• Drive talent processes such as development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
• Ensure alignment between global policies and local practices in collaboration with global HR teams and Centers of Expertise (Talent acquisition, Total rewards, OD & learning, Communication).
Requirements
• Familiarity with technology-driven organizations (software/hardware) – Must Have
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – Mandatory
• At least 4-6 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global or matrix organization.
• Experience working with managers
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Studies, or a related field
• Strong can-do approach
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate without formal authority
• Ability and willingness to travel between company sites in Israel
• Working in a multicultural environment- Advantage
