• ניהול פרוייקט מקצה לקצה הכולל הובלה ומעורבות ניהולית בקבלת החלטות בהיבטי הפרויקט השונים: טכני , ארגוני, מקצועי, כספי , החל משלב חתימת חוזה ועד למסירה ללקוח.
• הובלה ניהולית של ניסויים וסקרים בארץ ובחו"ל.
• ניהול שוטף של קבלני משנה , הובלה מטריציונית מול הדיסציפלינות הרלוונטיות כדוגמת: חומרה , תוכנה, מכאניקה.
• ניהול ובקרה על חבילות עבודה , תהליכי רכש והצטיידות , ניהול סיכונים.
• ניהול הקשר העסקי והמערכתי מול הלקוח במשך כל חיי הפרוייקט.
מה אנחנו מחפשים
• תואר ראשון מתחום הנדסת אלקטרוניקה/מכונות/ תעשייה וניהול- חובה
• תואר שני במנהל עסקים/ תעשיה וניהול - יתרון
• 3 שנות ניסיון בפרויקטים מערכתיים– חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה- חובה
• נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל ושעות נוספות – חובה
• בעל/ת ניסיון מחברות ביטחוניות או טכנולוגיות- יתרון
• בעל/ת ניסיון בפרויקטים מול יצרנים בחו"ל- יתרון
