About the Role
ICL is seeking a senior leader to head the commercial activity of its Growing Solutions division in Israel. This role is responsible for leading all marketing and sales operations for fertilizers and chemicals in the Israeli market, driving business growth, and managing a large, multidisciplinary team.
The role is part of the site leadership team and plays a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and long-term growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Full ownership of marketing and sales activities for fertilizers in the Israeli market (end customers and distributors)
• Overall responsibility for chemicals sales and business development
• Accountability for P&L performance of the Israel business
• Leadership of sales, customer service, logistics, and billing operations
• Drive business development activities, including identifying and acquiring new customers
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships, improving satisfaction and growth
• Lead complex negotiations with key customers and partners
• Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies
• Introduce and promote new products into the local portfolio
• Ensure strong technical understanding of products and customer needs
• Lead and develop a team of ~35 employees, including: Sales Managers, Customer Service teams, Chief Agronomist, Marketing/Marcom Business Development professionals
• Build organizational capability through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and talent development

• Solid financial acumen and ability to analyze financial reports
• Experience managing complex projects and tenders
• Fluent in English (high level required)
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Office tools, and digital tools/AI
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong people management and influencing skills
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing multidisciplinary and remote teams
