Job Description:
• Full responsibility for managing and overseeing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to customer delivery.
• Plan, manage, and control work plans and schedules.
• Lead projects in a dynamic, cross-functional technological environment.
• Conduct risk management activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project progress.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders: including Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Lead and monitor procurement and supply processes during the development phase, ensuring coordination across all parties.
• Track milestones and tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or PMO within hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary systems – mandatory.
• Experience in a manufacturing company and/or the defense industry – mandatory.
