Technical Project Manager

A growing Deep Tech company developing advanced solutions in Computer Vision, AI, 3D, robotics, and intelligent imaging systems is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and hands-on Technical Project Manager to join its team.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge between customers, management, and engineering teams, translate complex needs into clear technical work, and drive multidisciplinary projects to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate customer needs and business challenges into clear technical requirements, proposals, and development plans

• Define project scope, priorities, and deliverables together with customers and internal teams

• Lead end-to-end execution of multidisciplinary development projects, from requirement definition through design, development, validation, and delivery

• Build and manage project plans, milestones, priorities, and timelines to ensure high-quality and on-time execution

• Coordinate the day-to-day work of software and algorithm engineers

• Serve as a main technical interface with customers and partners

• Lead discussions, clarify requirements, manage expectations, and support successful delivery

• Encourage adoption of modern AI-based development tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery speed

• Support implementation of best practices in project execution, collaboration, documentation, and delivery processes

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, algorithm development, or technical engineering roles

• 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, technical program management, or customer-facing technology leadership

• Proven experience leading complex technology development projects from requirements definition to delivery

• Strong technical understanding of software systems, AI, Computer Vision, imaging, robotics, or related technologies

• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external customers

• Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and actionable development plans

• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and execution skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple projects, changing priorities, and demanding customers

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and a practical “can-do” approach

• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools - an advantage
