• ניהול וביצוע חקר ביצועים מערכתי עבור מערכות סיגינט, לוחמה אלקטרונית ותקשורת
• הגדרת שאלות החק"ב ,הכנת כלי חק"ב מתאימים, ביצוע ניתוחים סטטיסטיים והסקת מסקנות
• הצגת תוצאות ללקוחות מבצעיים, מנהלים ומהנדסי מערכת קיימת אפשרות בתפקיד זה לבצע הכשרת מהנדס מערכת במהלך התפקיד מה אנחנו מחפשים
• תואר שני במדעים מדויקים או בחקר ביצועים-חובה
• ניסיון בחקר ביצועים מערכתי והבנה מערכתית - חובה
• ידע מעמיק בניתוח סטטיסטי, כלי חק"ב, והצגת תוצאות
• היכרות עם עולמות תוכן של תקשורת/ מכ"ם / מודיעין אותות (SIGINT)/ לוחמה אלקטרונית- יתרון
• חשיבה מערכתית עם יכולת ירידה לפרטים
