We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our growing team. This role sits at the center of our operation, connecting publishers, traffic sources, advertisers, and internal teams to maximize campaign performance and revenue growth

What You'll do

• Own the day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns.

• Work closely with publishers and traffic partners to scale volume and improve performance.

• Negotiate payouts, caps, traffic allocations, and campaign opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and traffic sources

• Collaborate with internal Account Managers to align campaign goals and execution

• Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

• Monitor KPIs including revenue, profit, conversion rates, EPC, ROI, and traffic quality.

• Launch new campaigns, offers, and traffic integrations through our proprietary platform

• Identify underperforming traffic and implement optimization strategies

• Act as the bridge between external partners and internal stakeholders

• Proactively solve delivery, performance, and scaling challenges.

• Contribute new ideas, industry insights, and best practices to improve company performance.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 2+ years of experience in the mobile performance marketing industry

• Experience working with publishers, affiliates, ad networks, DSPs, or performance traffic sources.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Comfortable making decisions based on data.

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Big Advantages
