We are looking for a System Engineer for Airborne Electro-Optical Systems (DIRCM) at our site in Rehovot

In This Role You Will

Define system requirements and lead requirement management processes

Lead design reviews and be responsible for system performance analysis

Manage integration and testing activities with development teams and customers

Drive independent development processes within a multidisciplinary matrix environment

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering

M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or another Engineering discipline - Advantage

At least 5 years of experience in development or system engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems

Experience leading engineering development processes within a matrix organization

Ability to define, analyze, and document system and interface requirements, and build and maintain system architecture

Experience with electro-optical systems - Advantage

Familiarity with airborne military systems - Advantage

Strong technical communication skills in English

Willingness to travel abroad

System-oriented mindset, thoroughness, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
