מהנדס/הנדסאי חשמל/אלקטרוניקה או בוגר תואר ראשון (מוכר במל"ג) בתחום טכנולוגי.
יכולת ניהול פרויקט ותיאום הנדסי לכלל הפרויקט.
יכולת הבנה טכנית מבצעית במערכות COFDM / Mesh / MANET לניהול הפרויקט,
ניסיון מוכח:
ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול פרויקטים בתחום התקשורת.
ניסיון בניהול פרויקטי תקשורת RF מורכבים, בדגש על מערכות טקטיות או מוטסות.
ניסיון בביצוע RF Link Budget Analysis וניתוח ביצועי קישורי רדיו.
ניסיון בתכנון וביצוע Coverage Analysis והערכת ביצועי קישור בתרחישים מבצעיים.
היכרות עם מערכות אנטנות, כבלים, מחברים, מסננים ומגברים.

5. מעקב אחר עמידה בדרישות הטכניות והמבצעיות.
6. ביצוע דיונים לטובת אישור תוצרים וקבלת החלטות ע"י ההנהלה.
7. הכנת תוכניות עבודה, דוחות התקדמות והצגת סטטוס להנהלה ולמזמין.
