Menora Mivtachim's Investments Division Legal Department is seeking an outstanding Legal Counsel to join its team.
You will work as part of a dedicated legal team advising one of Israel's leading institutional investors on investment activity in Israel and abroad.

The Role
The role includes ongoing legal advice on investment activities, including:
• Public markets and securities investments in Israel and internationally
• Capital markets, securities law and institutional-investor regulatory matters
• Corporate governance and shareholder rights matters
• Private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate transactions
• Negotiation and drafting of investment, financing and commercial agreements
• Regulatory matters applicable to institutional investors
• Support for transactions from structuring through execution and portfolio management
This is an opportunity to support significant local and international investment activity.
Requirements
• Israeli qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience
• LL.B. from a leading academic institution
• Experience at a leading law firm in one or more of the following practice areas:
• Capital Markets and Securities
• M&A
• Banking and Finance
• Private Equity
• Investment Funds
• Financial Regulation
• Public markets, securities law or capital markets experience – significant advantage
• In-house experience in a financial institution – strong advantage
• Familiarity with institutional-investor regulation – advantage
• Strong business and commercial mindset
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in Hebrew and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to manage complex matters independently
