Join a leading defense technology company and take a key role in planning and managing subcontractor operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting the development of advanced life-saving radar systems.
Overall responsibility for the management, coordination, and control of subcontractor activities in Israel and abroad, as part of the manufacturing operations of DRS RADA Technologies in Beit She’an. The role includes leading planning, engagement, execution, and continuous improvement processes, while working closely with global suppliers and multiple internal interfaces to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end management of subcontractors in Israel and internationally.
• Leading subcontractor onboarding, qualification, and engagement processes.
• Building and managing work plans and resource planning.
• Monitoring and controlling performance, with a focus on quality and deliveries.
• Risk management and identification of gaps within the supply chain.
• Leading improvement and efficiency initiatives with subcontractors.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal interfaces: Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
• Managing reports, KPIs, and data analysis to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors and/or suppliers in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to lead complex processes end to end.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
