SecOps Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on Microsoft Security & SecOps Specialist to join our Information Security Infrastructure team.

In this role, you'll lead the implementation and operation of enterprise security technologies across a hybrid environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft Security, Modern Workplace, cloud security, and AI security initiatives. You'll work closely with IT and business teams, driving security projects from design through implementation while protecting critical enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer, implement, and optimize Microsoft Security solutions across the organization.

• Manage and maintain:

• Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, Microsoft 365)

• Microsoft Intune (Windows & Mobile device management, application deployment, compliance policies)

• Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, identity governance)

• Operate and enhance security controls across Azure and AWS environments.

• Lead security implementation projects from planning through production.

• Troubleshoot complex security incidents and infrastructure issues.

• Evaluate, learn, and implement new security technologies and best practices.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, IT, and business teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar Information Security or SecOps role within an enterprise environment - Mandatory

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID - Mandatory

• Experience securing hybrid cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).

• Proven experience implementing and operating enterprise security solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with F5 technologies (VPN, ZTNA, WAF).

• Experience working with Fortinet and/or Check Point firewalls.

• Basic understanding of AI Security concepts and securing AI/LLM environments.

• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and/or Python.
