• Lead RMA and repair operations across manufacturing sites and global partners
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams
• Manage repair processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead operational performance, capacity planning, and inventory management
• Ensure quality, delivery, and operational efficiency targets are achieved
