    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain a modular Design System that supports product scalability and ensures consistency and development efficiency.

    • Lead end-to-end design processes, including research, UX flows, and high-precision, innovative UI tailored to user needs.

    • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Project teams to align on goals and deliver polished, functional experiences.

    • Integrate into existing workflows while identifying gaps and driving improvements in tools, methodology, and design quality.

    • Design new features and refine existing interfaces based on user insights, industry trends, and business objectives.

    Requirements
