abra is seeking a NOC Operator We are looking for a motivated team player to join our technical support and infrastructure team, providing real-time monitoring and support in an advanced, 24/7 technological environment- Ideal for Students! The role includes: • Monitoring and controlling diverse server environments, systems, and infrastructures. • Providing real-time technical support to internal and international clients (Israel & abroad). • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and working closely with System Admins. • Working in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends. The position is located in the Holon area.

Requirements: • Previous experience in Technical Support or Help Desk – Required . • 1st or 2nd-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – Required . • High-level English and Hebrew (verbal and written) • Ability to commit to a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends. • Experience with Windows Server/Linux or Infrastructure setup – Advantage .
