We work alongside farmers, local institutions, governments, and private-sector partners to create long-term agricultural impact. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Agronomist to join our team in Kenya in a relocation-based position.

    This is a hands-on role combining technical agronomy, farmer extension, training, and project implementation. You will work directly with farmers, demonstration farms, nurseries, local agronomists, and project partners to improve agricultural productivity and strengthen local capacity.

    The position offers a unique opportunity to gain international experience while contributing to meaningful agricultural development projects. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical agronomic support to farmers and field teams.

    • Lead agricultural training sessions, workshops, and field demonstrations.

    • Support the management of demonstration farms and nurseries.

    • Develop training materials and agronomic guidelines.

    • Mentor interns, junior agronomists, and local staff.

    • Support agricultural development projects across Kenya.

    • Collaborate with Israeli and local teams to ensure successful project implementation. Requirements • B.Sc. in Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Agriculture, or a related field.
