To manage, organize, and supervise all general services and facilities of the construction site’s base camp (accommodation, offices, utilities, logistics, support services) and the satellite offices, ensuring full operational readiness, compliance with HSE standards, and optimized cost efficiency while supporting site operations.

Main Responsabilities
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Key accountabilities
• Site Facilities & Infrastructure Management
• Oversee the setup, construction, operation, and maintenance of offices, sanitary facilities, kitchens, and technical utilities.
• Ensure continuous availability of essential services: power, water supply, HVAC, network connectivity, waste management, lighting, fire safety, pest control.
• Manage maintenance contracts for electromechanical equipment, generators, HVAC systems, water systems, and other technical installations.
• Internal Logistics & Support Services
• Manage procurement and supply of general consumables: water, cleaning materials, office supplies.
• Oversee housekeeping, accommodation allocation, and cleaning services.
• Administration & Contract Management
• Manage vendors and service providers (FM, maintenance, security, cleaning).
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers.
• Monitor and optimize the operational expenditure (OPEX) budget for all general services.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment, furniture, and assets.
• HSE & Compliance
• Ensure all facilities comply with project HSE rules and local regulations.
• Ensure sanitary compliance: water quality, food safety, hygiene, waste handling.
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Act as a key interface with Construction, HSE, Procurement, HR, and site management.
• Respond to operational requests and ensure high satisfaction levels among site personnel.
Performance measurements
• Weekly works progress and Weekly activity schedule.
• Follow up of the no conformity closing
• On Time Delivery (OTD) construction milestones
• HSE indicators

• Relevant academic certificate
Experience

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness when dealing with vendors.
• A "can-do" approach with the ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of service orientation and interpersonal communication
• Structural maintenance experience
• Languages: Native/Fluent Hebrew; High-level proficiency in English (written and verbal).
