We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead cybersecurity-focused training and technical projects from pre-sales through successful delivery.

This is a customer-facing role that combines project management, technical solution design, proposal building, pricing, supplier coordination, and pre-sales support within the cybersecurity domain.

The ideal candidate will be able to understand customer needs, translate them into practical technical solutions, build strong commercial proposals, and manage delivery with internal teams, clients, and external suppliers.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead training and technical projects within the cybersecurity domain.

    • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and customer communication.

    • Work directly with clients, suppliers, technical teams, trainers, solution architects, and delivery teams.

    • Build price proposals, Statements of Work, RFP/RFI responses, and tender submissions.

    • Design technical solutions, including architecture, scope, pricing, delivery approach, and implementation plans.

    • Support the sales process as a cybersecurity subject matter expert.

    • Join customer meetings to understand requirements, present solutions, and support commercial discussions.

    • Coordinate supplier input, pricing, documentation, and delivery commitments.

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

    • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities during both pre-sales and delivery stages.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience managing technical projects, ideally in cybersecurity, training, technology, defense, intelligence, HLS, telecom, or enterprise environments.

    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, solutions, platforms, or services.

    • Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional technical teams.

    • Proven ability to build proposals, pricing models, tender responses, and technical documentation.

    • Experience supporting pre-sales or sales processes from a technical perspective.

    • Ability to translate customer requirements into clear technical and commercial solutions.

    • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management.

    • Excellent written and spoken English.

    • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Strong Advantages

    • Experience with cybersecurity training, cyber ranges, SOC, red team, blue team, GRC, cyber awareness, or simulation platforms.

    • Background in solution architecture, technical design, product management, pre-sales engineering, or technical delivery.

    • Experience working with government, defense, intelligence, HLS, or telecom customers.

    • Experience with tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and large-scale turnkey projects.

    • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.

    • Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications.

    Who You Are

You are structured, hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You know how to manage multiple moving parts, communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, and take ownership from the first customer conversation through final project delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining cybersecurity, customer engagement, technical solutions, and project delivery in one impactful role.
