A technology company developing advanced smart devices and embedded systems is seeking a Board Designer. The company provides complete end-to-end hardware development, including concept, architecture, validation, and mass production.
As a Board Designer, responsibilities include developing dedicated electrical boards through to mass production and integrating various communication protocols. The role covers the full development lifecycle across multiple projects, including component research, schematic design, layout, ATP & ATR, and ECO/DFM implementation.
Responsibilities • Design schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
• Perform component research and selection for electronic boards
• Develop cables and connectivity solutions using Altium
• Support board bring-up and validation with lab equipment
• Write and conduct ATP & ATR tests
• Implement ECOs and DFM processes toward mass production
• Work with communication protocols and embedded platforms
Requirements • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in schematic and layout using Altium
• Experience developing cables in Altium
• Ability to work with lab equipment
• High-level English proficiency
Advantages • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics Engineer certification
• Experience developing products for medical, defence, or space applications that reached mass production
