Innodata Israel, located in Jerusalem, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Israel facility. We are looking for a candidate with proven recruitment experience, available for a full-time position. This is a full-time remote position that requires periodic presence at the Jerusalem office.

This role reports to the global Talent Acquisition team and involves close collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders across Israel and Europe.

We are looking for a curious, adaptable, and self-driven recruiter who enjoys learning new domains, navigating changing hiring needs, and recruiting across different geographies, markets, and role types.

Key Responsibilities

•Screen, review, and organize incoming CVs, ensuring accurate filing and timely progression through the recruitment pipeline.

•Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and initial screening through interviews, coordination, offer stage, and onboarding documentation.

• Recruit for a diverse range of roles across Israel and Europe, including technical and non-technical positions, full-time employees, contractors, and freelance talent.

• Adapt recruitment strategies to different markets, business needs, and hiring models while proactively learning new domains and talent landscapes.

•Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers, providing updates, aligning on requirements, and ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are consistently met.

•Support a smooth and positive candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate assessments, and facilitating seamless onboarding processes.

•Track and update recruitment data in internal systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective reporting.

• Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including document management, reporting,internal communications, and supporting HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting for European markets – Must

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role- Must

• Fluent in English and Hebrew

• Experience with crowd staffing

• Strong adaptability and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving hiring needs and priorities

• Self-driven learner with a research-oriented mindset, capable of independently gaining expertise in unfamiliar domains and translating that knowledge into effective hiring strategies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with AI tools – an advantage

• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
