Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer role based in Karmiel. The CNC Programmer will create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining and milling ceramic components according to technical drawings and engineering specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up machines, selecting tools, defining cutting parameters, and ensuring efficient, accurate production runs. The role involves troubleshooting machining issues, collaborating with engineers and production staff to improve processes, and maintaining documentation for programs and setups. The CNC Programmer will also monitor quality during and after machining, contributing to continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and product precision.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and engineering documentation.

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for machining processes.

• Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling operations on CNC equipment.

• Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and problem-solving skills in a production environment.

• Experience with ceramic materials or precision manufacturing is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CIMATRON software and production planning tools is beneficial.

• Ability to work safely in an on-site manufacturing setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant vocational training, technical certification, or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
