Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level technical support for internal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth applications, tools, and automation processes. • Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze complex technical issues, system behavior, and product logs. • Support engineering and validation teams in their daily technical activities and debugging processes. • Assist with hands-on lab setup, hardware/software maintenance, and test environment configurations. • Escalate, document, and track software bugs and technical hardware issues using internal tools. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Validation, and Integration Engineers. • Operate seamlessly across both Linux and Windows environments.
